As always, only start a new physical practice after you've consulted with your Doctor. Always listen to your own body, if something doesn't feel right don't do it! You know your body better than anyone else.

Once a week I plan on releasing a short yoga video for you. It's part of an on going series called "wake up, center, and stretch". We'll start with a little mindfulness and then move into movements to stretch and wake up the body. We'll keep them short. If you want a longer flow you can link the videos together.
