15 minute Back Care Basics Yoga class

Hi Yogis
This was video was a request from one of you.  It's a super short back care basics routine.  I recommend starting with a routine like this and then adding more reps as you get stronger.  Think of these videos as a place to start, use them to inspire your own practice.  Use this to get you going and add in movements that your own body is asking for.  Never do anything that doesn't feel good or hurts.  Think of this routine as medicine for your back and remember it only works if you do it daily.  Enjoy and please let me know if there is anything else you'd like me to focus on.
