Today's Meditation was inspired by the tool that I've been using most when anxiety and fear creeps in.  This meditation helps me appreciate what is present and good in my life and the power I have to bring good things into my life.  I hope you'll find it as useful as I do.  This meditation is 9 minutes 11 seconds.
