Sometimes in yoga we are faced head on with our body. Many times yoga helps us accept where we are and become happy and grateful for our strong beautiful bodies, but other times we just feel like a cow. All of those feelings are ok. Chances are you go through a rainbow of feelings about your body as you study yoga.
Personally I try not to take any of it all too seriously. As long as we are healthy and making healthy choices, it's mostly all good.
A wonderful student gifted me with this Fantastic calendar today. I love it because it's silly and whimsical, but mostly because it reminds me not to take any of it all to seriously.
