One of the biggest blocks to my ability to be creative and productive is anxiety and fear. Personally speaking, anxiety and fear can cripple my ability to be productive in my work. Employing a gratitude practice has been a HUGE antidote to disrupting fear and anxiety.

It's normally in moments of walking that I feel the joy that is always present in my life. It's on walks that I realize joy is always right there if I stop and pay attention. Joy is always present and available to me.
An investment in learning (of any kind), an investment in educating yourself in what you're interested in is more wealth in the bank than cash because no-one can ever take this knowledge away from me.
