Today's Meditation was inspired by the book I was reading on the plane home from Europe yesterday "The Law of Attraction: The Basic Teachings of Abraham" by Ester and Jerry Hicks. I'm very inspired by this work and created this meditation after one of the exercises in the book. It's my hope this meditation will inspire you to craft a life filled with your desires. Remember to continue doing well to others, but never forget to be good to yourself. I was in my early 40’s before I began the process of learning to my ‘inner me’.
I firmly believe you can't take massive action towards what you want if you're not prepared and rest is an essential ingredient in preparing to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
