Meditation Monday: Setting Your Intentions

Welcome back to Monday, I'm so grateful you're here and grateful for another day!  Every Monday I publish a short 5-15 minute meditation for you to start your week with.  If you find it helpful I'd love to know and please share it with friends.

The last few law of attraction meditations have been a big hit, so I've made you another based on what Abraham calls Segment Intending.  That's the practice of deliberately stopping between different parts of your day, taking a mindful moment and calling to mind the type of experience you want to have. Today's Meditation was inspired by the book I'm still reading (almost done with and will certainly re-read) the "The Law of Attraction: The Basic Teachings of Abraham" by Ester and Jerry Hicks.  It's my hope this meditation will inspire you to craft a life filled with the experiences and interactions you want to cultivate in the world.  This meditation is 9 minutes 34 seconds.
