Happy Friday

What a fun week's it's been!  The Yoke and Abundance Panel happened Wednesday and I'm still thinking about the Wise Words that were shared.  If you missed it you won't want to miss the next one November 14th My biggest take away from the panel was: Our community is full of AHmazing women that want to support one another.  It was so beautiful and I'm still emotional when I think about it.

Let's get onto this week's 5 things!

1st) Brene Brown was interviewed by Marie Forleo recently about her new book Dare to Lead.  The interview was so good, I can not WAIT to dig into the book!  I really loved this interview because they got so real with each other about life and business.

2nd)  This week's Wise Women Panelist Shermikia Lemon interviewed me on her podcast Peacefully profitable.  Getting to be on the other side of the interview was a blast.  I hope you'll give it a listen as we talk about how important laying the foundation in entrepreneurship is and how you can do that through coaching and self-work. I would love to know what you think of this interview.

3rd)  You may or may not know that I'm seriously obsessed with Para-Olympian and Motivational Speaker Amy Purdy.  Her Instagram post this week almost brought me to tears.  Get out the tissues before you read this one! Anyone know how I could get her on my podcast?  She is one of my SHeros!

4th) When I was a baby my dad would put this song "Wandering Star" from paint your wagon on the record player, hold me and sing this song to me as he'd walk around the dining room table to try to put me to sleep.  I haven't thought about this song in a while but it popped into my head today.  I think I'm going to have to watch this movie.

5th)  Quote I'm pondering these days “The moment you doubt whether you can fly, you cease forever to be able to do it.”
