Q. Who are you? What is your background?
A. Hi, I’m Breanne. A leading regenerative expert, holistic nutrition professional, permaculturist, speaker and world traveler who loves papaya, growing food and ecstatic dance!
I grew up in British Columbia, Canada on 10 acres. At 17, I joined the Canadian Armed Forces and served 10 years as a Bioscience Officer working with a Deployable Health Hazard Assessment Team and then later in Medical Intelligence writing human health risk assessments for countries globally based on Environmental Factors (air, soil, water, infectious diseases, indoor health quality).
In 2007, I became drastically aware of the impact the modern day food system and society was having on human and planetary health.
From that point forward, I researched, studied, and explored everything I could related to food, nutrition, and holistic health for optimal performance.
In 2014 upon leaving my career, I embarked on what became a 4-year global journey diving deeper into holistic nutrition, medicinal food, spirituality, biohacking, regenerative farming, permaculture, and environmental health to truly connect with the whole nutrient cycle and how to live aligned with nature for upgraded health, longevity and resiliency.
Q. What is your work?
A. I work with visionary entrepreneurs and top leaders to supercharge their energy, focus and brainpower with environmental and nutrition upgrades to bring their expansive self to their business and life.
I also teach high-performers how to grow their own nutrition.
Q. What is one project you are excited to be working on right now?
A. I am loving the intimate mentorship program I have recently created called The Regenerative Lifestyle. This is my signature program guiding my clients through my 5-Pillar Process for aligning with nature for peak health.
Q. What is one thing you've done recently that's scared you and took courage, but you're glad you did?
Q. What is the work you most want to be doing and are you doing it? If not, why not? What's stopping you?
A. The work I most want to be doing is giving voice to a regenerative shift for real health and resiliency for our future.

Q. What would you tell your high school or college self?
A. Have fun living an experiment.
Q. What's one piece of advice or motto you love and use in your daily life that you would like to share with my sweet readers?
A. Momentum breeds momentum. And it all starts with you showing up – creating success, going to it, not waiting for it to come to you. Dreams are built one day at a time.
Q. What keeps you creating when you don't feel like it?
A. My why. My drive to help craft a regenerative and abundant future for our very earth as we know it for our future generations.
Q. What's your favorite yoga pose?
A. That’s a tough one…but I do love Prasarita Padottanasana, wide-legged forward fold.
Q. How do you live a life of abundance?
A. Great question as I am all about living for abundance ;)
For me it is about loving and honoring myself and my truth first. Then from that origin moving outwards to my intimate relationship with my husband, closest friends, family, clients, and of course mother earth. It is about connecting with nature, growing food, and building my tribe that ‘gets’ the importance of aligning with nature for ultimate health and performance.
