Q. Who are you? What is your background?  
A. Ivey Marie Ghee Lead Consultant at The Hospitality G,LLC  Hospitality Expert & Enthusiast. I believe that Hospitality is more than restaurants and hotels, it's about how you treat your guest. People never forget the way you make them feel.

Q. What is your work?
A. Hospitality Consultant / Contract Facilitator / Life Coach / Speaker / Motivator / Trainer

Q. What is one project you are excited to be working on right now?
A. Life Coaching for a small Mental Health Association called Truth Behavioral Health, owned by Kathy Wiggins. Impacting lives and influencing others to value their worth really fills my cup.

Q. What is one thing you've done recently that's scared you and took courage, but you're glad you did?
A. Spoke to 250 Middle School students over at Greensboro Day School.

Q. What is the work you most want to be doing and are you doing it?  If not why not what's stopping you?
A. More Self-Awareness Workshops & Customer Service Training. I am working with some community partners to develop the funding to make this beneficial to our whole community.

Q. What would you tell your high school or college self?
A. Take ownership even when intentions don't match perceptions.

Q. What's one piece of advice or motto you love and use in your daily life that you would like to share with my sweet readers?
A. When in doubt put your #teethout. Smile because it's the easiest thing to do with your mouth and it truly annoys your haters. 

Q. What keeps you creating when you don't feel like it?
A. Every other person that reaches out through messages to let me know how I inspire them and encourage me to continue to share this positive energy.

Q. Anything else you'd like to share?
A. Motivator, Innovator, Speaker & Trainer for hire my friends. Let me be your coach because this truly is my passion.

Q. What's your favorite yoga pose?  
A. Don't really know much Yoga but I have had a strong desire lately to want to stretch and engage my body in relaxing positions. I also want to heal some old basketball aches. 

Q. How do you live a life of abundance?
A. Consistently meeting my own expectations, and not giving my power away by allowing others behaviors to change my positive outlook.
