Q. Who are you? What is your background?
A. I am a Greensboro native, with a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs & Development and second one in Spanish. I am a single proud Mommy of a 5 year old teenage princess. I love life itself and some of my favorite past times include dancing, cooking, travel, reading, skating, creative arts and overall just creating new experiences each chance I get. I speak fluent English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
Q. What is your work?
A. I work as a Regional Sales and Pricing Manager in Corporate America and I’m a Chief Strategy Consultant for small businesses and entrepreneurs within my company AJOY Consulting, LLC .
Q. What is one project you are excited to be working on right now?
A. Building my business and my aspiration to author my first book/ ‘get-through-it’ guide.
Q. What is one thing you've done recently that's scared you and took courage, but you're glad you did?
A. Starting my business and openly advertising my business.
Q. What is the work you most want to be doing and are you doing it? If not, why not? What's stopping you?
A. Enhancing the lives of others via my consulting company and owning a few additional companies to generate multiple streams of revenue.
Q. What would you tell your high school or college self?
A. I’m so glad you were too stubborn and too curious to quit! I’m so proud of you! You probably should have left some of them a lot sooner but at least you learned something from each one! Trust yourself no matter what.
Q. What's one piece of advice or motto you love and use in your daily life that you would like to share with my sweet readers?
A. You only get one shot to write Your life story. What’s Your narrative?
Q. What keeps you creating when you don't feel like it?
A. I pick one thing to do that requires minimal effort but doesn’t jeopardize the quality of my work. I’ll unplug and go dancing or just spend some time with friends as casual conversation gets my mind going as well. These things enable me to feel a sense of accomplishment and reminds me that I am not a robot and I too need rest days even as an entrepreneur.

Q. How do you live a life of abundance?
A. I connect people and share my network. I don’t measure my success by the dollar signs in my account. I encounter each situation with love. My ability to create, enjoy my imagination freely and design my own life are some of the ways I live a life of abundance.
