The word goal can be a complicated one, I don’t like being held accountable to arbitrary goals. I’m careful in what I set my intentions for in the year to come. I don’t have arbitrary goals and you shouldn’t either.

Gosh, What A WEEK!! This week would have been my dad's 66th birthday and yesterday was my birthday. The out pouring of love and support I received was breathtaking. I sure hope that everyone can feel as loved and held as I did on their birthday!

I really want to spread the Birthday LOVE around. So from now through Sunday at mid-night I've got a few special sales happening. Grab something for yourself or as a gift for friends!

I know that 2020 has been very challenging for many people but for me personally compared with the way 2019 brought me to my knees, 2020 has been growth filled and dare I say it full of surprising delights and joy.

So instead of my standard list of accomplishments (which I still worked through) I’m only going to share a list of what I’m grateful for this year:

We rarely slow down enough to see what’s going on with our body. Hitting the physical wall instead of resting on purpose before we hit the wall is a badge of honor, and I’m here to tell you that’s completely and utterly backwards.

Sometimes my advice is both and, a contradiction and I’m ok with that. Where are you disciplined and where in your discipline do you allow space to be gentle with yourself?
