Marcothon 2020: Day 4

Today I completed 5 miles. Talking to you while cooling down from my run. Up to a lot of miles 4 days in. I’ve still got the early in the challenge good feeling. Felt really tight yesterday. I’ve been doing more yoga than I normally do. Yoga can actually make your body tighter, but doing more yoga to try to stretch things out.

Marcothon 2020: Alisha's Year 3 Day 1

I’ll be running a minimum of a 5k or for 25 minutes every day in the month of December. I get some seasonal depression this time of year and Marcothon helps me make a personal commitment to myself to get outside every day and move my body while combatting some seasonal depression. I’ve also learned a lot of lessons in the process of running Marcothon.
