The Recalibration Year (Lump Sum)
About the 6-Month Container
This is a highly curated, six-month recalibration container for women who have crossed a threshold and are ready to deliberately design and build what comes next.
Over six months, we move through three phases:
Months 1–2: Clarify + Decide
You will define the chapter you are closing, the identity you are stepping into, and the decision you’ve been circling. This phase requires honesty and courage. Avoidance will surface. We address it directly.
Months 3–4: Design + Structure
You will build the scaffolding around your next chapter. This includes concrete decisions, calendar shifts, structural boundaries, and measurable commitments. This is where alignment becomes operational.
Months 5–6: Implement + Embody
You will execute what you designed — with accountability, support, and challenge. The focus here is consistency and embodiment. You begin operating as the woman you chose to become.
This container is structured, participatory, and high-accountability. It is not passive. Each participant is expected to show up prepared, engage consistently, and take real action.
This container is not designed for passive participation or occasional engagement. It is for women who are ready to take responsibility for the decisions and structures shaping their lives and who are prepared to participate fully in the process.
This container is intentionally small and selective and will include 8–15 participants.
About Participation
Participation in The Recalibration Year is intentionally limited. Most participants are being invited directly because I know they have already crossed a meaningful threshold and may be ready to build deliberately in their next chapter.
Applications are reviewed carefully to ensure the room is composed of women who are aligned with the level of participation, honesty, and commitment this container requires.
Who This Is For
The Recalibration Year is designed for women who have crossed a meaningful threshold — personally, professionally, or both — and know their old way of operating is no longer sustainable, you may have already made big changes but know their are more changes to make.
You may be navigating the aftermath of a major life shift: a career change, illness, loss, divorce, burnout, empty nest, or another moment that forced you to reconsider how you want to live and lead.
You are not looking for inspiration or motivation alone. You are ready to make deliberate decisions about how your life is structured and how you move forward.
You value thoughtful conversation, honest reflection, and being in a room with other women who are also doing serious work on themselves and their lives.
You are willing to show up, speak honestly, take responsibility for your choices, and engage fully in the process.
Application Process
After you submit your application, you will receive a response from awielfaert@yokeandabundance.com within 24–48 hours letting you know whether you have been accepted into The Recalibration Year.
If accepted, you will receive enrollment instructions at that time. Your place will be held until March 23, at which point enrollment must be completed by submitting payment or setting up a payment plan.
The Recalibration Year six-month container begins Monday April 6.
