The Percolation Project

An Implementation Container

After talking with many of you through my recent survey and listening conversation, I heard two things loud and clear.

First, most of you already have something you want to do.

You may need a little clarity around what that "one thing" should be, but for the most part, you already know what has been tugging at you.

Second, you don't want to do it alone.

You want a small community of thoughtful, like-minded people who are also making meaningful progress on something that matters to them.

What gets in the way isn't usually a lack of ideas.

It's overthinking.
It's losing momentum.
It's waiting until you feel confident enough to begin.

Here's what I've learned:

Confidence doesn't come first.

We build confidence by making a promise to ourselves and then keeping that promise through small, consistent steps over time.

That's exactly what The Percolation Project is designed to help you do.

This is an implementation container—a dedicated season to choose one meaningful project, receive support, and make real progress.

Everyone will be working on something different.

Some of you may be writing.
Some may be painting.
Some may be building a business, updating a résumé, launching a project, creating a body of work, or finally tackling something that's been sitting on the back burner for far too long.

The project is different.

The commitment is the same.

Your experience includes:

A 45–60 minute private coaching session with Alisha

Before we begin, we'll meet one-on-one to identify the single project you'll focus on during our time together. You'll leave with clarity around your goal, personalized benchmarks, and a plan for moving forward.

Weekly Office Hours

These are not traditional classes.

Think of them as dedicated work sessions.

I'll be there to answer questions, coach when you're stuck, and help you keep moving. The group will be working alongside one another, creating a built-in sense of momentum, accountability, and encouragement. (Some of you might want to think of this as body doubling time).

A private Telegram community

A place to check in, celebrate wins, ask questions, and stay connected between sessions.

Show & Tell Celebration

At the end of our time together, each participant will have the opportunity to share what they worked on, what they accomplished, and what they learned during the project.

A 20–30 minute closing coaching session

We'll reflect on what you've accomplished, celebrate your progress, and identify your next steps so your momentum continues long after the project ends.
